OUR STORY
Built by a Runner Who Was Tired of Waking up Exhausted
In 2022, Alex re-taught himself to run from the ground up after battling injury for a decade.
Pushing the limits of Endurance he discovered that Prioritising Recovery was the key to being able to run further and faster.
Tired of researching and using supplements designed by weightlifters he decided to create Rest & Rise.
After completing some of the hardest Ultra Marathons in the world, he's on a mission to support runners to train smarter not harder.
