Sleep has improved and much significantly less DOM’s after a long training run. Would recommend to anyone in a training block!
The 2 week test pack is definitely worth it to see how your body responds - I definitely noticed a difference within the two weeks. Having finished the two week test pack, I immediately noticed that I was a lot sleepier during the day than when I was when I was taking the rest and rise.
I used to wake up with terrible DOMS and very tired. After taking Rest & Rise, my energy levels in the morning have improved significantly, and so has my performance.
Rest and Rise is an awesome addition to your training block. The V3 tastes really good, and helpa me sleep well so I can get up and do it all over again the next day.
Just got another PB on last year's SunRun 10km by 4:18 minutes in 90% humidity.
Recent parkrun PBs have dropped by 1:30 minutes over mere weeks. Training for an ultra in May and trail training runs have become much easier both during and recovery wise post runs.
