Really loved the products. Rise gave me a nice boost and energy throughout my day. Before taking these supplements, I got trouble sleeping, and surprisingly Rest gave me a good night and deeper sleeps. Would love these to recommend to my peers and family.
Loving my Rest and rise after trialing this for 3 weeks. Feeling more energetic for my long runs and training.Starting to improve my sleep a little also which is a big plus...although wonder if taking it even closer to 10mins before bed works better for me.Thanks team
The Rest product has helped me have much better sleep, the Rise product helps me stay focused and recover better from hard sessions. Highly recommend as a tool for your training and goals!
Really happy with the product. Not many companies focus on the rise component as much and it's nice to have a product that includes key nutrients for my day that i do not need to think about. Sleep didnt change too much because I have taken magnesium in the past but the rise and rest product is great all round for those hardcore training weeks.
R&R is such a better way to split up your fuelling. Makes it more about overall performance than just recovery post workout. Highly recommend!
